Does Beaches MLS reach the same buyers as the bigger national portals?
Yes. Beaches MLS is the regional MLS covering Broward — once your listing is active, it syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, and other syndicated real estate websites.
Do I have to offer buyer-agent compensation to sell my Broward home?
